So many types...I get most of my protein from beans. So many types and cooked with onions, or peppers, or even garlic gives you a wide veriety of dishes. 13 bean soup with chopped up vine rippened tomatoes is heavenly.<BR/><BR/>I also avoid the white polished rice and use only brown rice. Better complex carbs. Also the brown rice tastes "meatier" to me.
